Glow In The Dark EP and General Life Updates

Hey, been a minute! So: tunes.
Back in January, I released Glow In The Dark, a three-track EP (Bandcamp, YouTube, Spotify, iTunes). Its tracks are The Ticketman, the titular Glow In The Dark, and Something You Don’t Know. I genuinely can’t pick a favourite from the trio; I’m proud of how they all turned out.
All three songs were supposed to be a part of a longer album, but I was having a lot of behind-the-scenes issues in getting that together, and life changes were a-looming, so I wanted to release something. If you’re curious, Something You Don’t Know was supposed to be the opening track of said album. I actually might still include these songs on the next album, maybe as bonus tracks. I’m not really sure at this point.
As for those life changes, I’ve gone back to university. My health’s not at a point where I can work yet, but I can do uni, at least. It’s going alright so far, though getting out regularly is a shock to my system after so long stuck indoors. And don’t even get me started on the human interaction.
Uni’s put a real halt on my getting things done, especially in these first few weeks while I’m still getting used to anything. It’s growing easier as it goes, but it’s still tricky to consistently do much of anything while classes are on.
I can’t answer any questions about when I’ll next be releasing music, because I have no idea when I’ll next be releasing music. Historically I’ve been pretty bad with estimating, anyway. There will be more music at some point in the future, and that’s about as precisely as I can predict it.
So, nothing major. Just wanted to update. I think if would be nice if I could like, get into the habit of actually using this website at all. That’d probably be good. I’ll try.
Anywho.
Later taters 🙂
I’m glad you are feeling better, even just a little. Humans are weird creatures lol Maybe still do the album like you had planned and just have these tracks as previews of the album.
Are you planning to put up song pages for Glow in the Dark like you did for Heart of Mine and LSASP? Those were really fun to read. The new EP’s amazing!
You are my hero and favorite artist. Hang in there and keep doing what you’re doing.
